sandman is a little warforged robot built by the "evil" inventor in Mechanus, Dr. Heinz D. he's the first little guy the party met, and he's been by their side ever since. he wants to be a standup comedian one day, even though his jokes aren't that great. he's also addicted to cigarettes.
